Job summary
A leading legal practice in London is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-4 years of PQE. The role involves advising on a variety of commercial property matters and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with charity and not-for-profit clients. This position offers competitive remuneration and hybrid working arrangements.

- Advise on all aspects of commercial property matters including freehold and leasehold disposals and acquisitions, portfolio management work, development, support of corporate transactions and advising on technical charity property issues.
- Support business development and contributing to the growth of the commercial property practice.
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 1-4 years’ PQE, with demonstrable experience in a wide range of commercial property matters for charity, not-for-profit and social business clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
