- Salary to £30k, tips worth 3-4k
- 3 nights off per week

- Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working to AA Rosette level in the kitchen using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service plus events and functions
- You will already be a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working with all fresh food, ideally to AA rosette level or above
