Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality meals with minimal waste
  • Maintain food levels and brand standards across all services
  • Prepare delicious dishes for military dining and special events
  • Support with kitchen checklists and post-service analysis
  • Follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards
  • Take part in ongoing training and development
Qualifications
  • A relevant culinary qualification
  • Previous kitchen experience
  • Food safety certification (or willingness to complete via our e-learning)
  • Great communication and a team-first attitude
  • Ability to pass DBS and full security vetting
Additional Requirements
  • Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
  • Be able to pass DBS and full security vetting
Schedule & Hours

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including alternate weekends).

Shift Pattern: Early (06:30-14:30) and Late (10:00-18:00).
