Excellent opportunity for an Embedded Software engineer looking to join a stock market listed business, renowned for their supportive culture and award winning training opportunities.

This company is a well-established, international and industry leading Networking Solutions specialist that develops, manufactures, and supports complex and innovative products for a range of telecoms and network providers.

In this role you will work alongside product owners to turn high level system requirements into software features. You will complete the full development lifecycle for embedded software through to integration and testing. You will also be responsible for debugging of system level issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience in Embedded software development using C and C++ and with reusable and extensible Object Oriented design patterns.

• Full lifecycle embedded software development
• Development of C++ software using Object Oriented design patterns
• Deploying applications and drivers onto an embedded Linux system
• Estimate project timescales
• Hybrid working, 2 day a week office based in Linlithgow
• Sponsorship available under the Skilled Worker Visa

• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Experience with C and C++ Embedded software development
• Experience with Linux
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary technical teams
