A luxury hotel chain in Long Eaton is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead front office operations with professionalism and commitment to outstanding guest experiences. Company Description: Just off junction 25 of the M1, the Novotel Nottingham is located between Nottingham and Derby. It has rooms with king-sized beds, and a restaurant. The Novotel Nottingham Derby has large rooms with en-suite bathrooms. They all include free WiFi, satellite TVs and tea/coffee making facilities.
We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to join our team in Long Eaton, United Kingdom. As the face of our establishment, you will lead our front office operations with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Successful candidates for the position of Front of House Manager will be able to demonstrate clear progression in their career to date and have gained hotel revenue management experience in a competitive market place. You must have the ability to work in close liaison with other senior managers. You must be computer literate, have strong sales awareness and the ability to make sound business decisions in a fast moving environment.
