A leading global manufacturer seeks an IT Project Assistant to support critical IT and digital transformation initiatives. This role involves providing executive support to the CIO, managing documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders across Europe. Candidates should have strong organisational skills and experience in project assistant roles within the IT/Technology sector. The position offers a salary up to £40k and allows for remote working with monthly travel to Gloucester.

You’ll join a leading global manufacturer as a IT Project Assistant and Executive Assistant to the CIO to support critical IT and digital transformation initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the centre of a European transformation programme, supporting projects from concept to delivery, managing stakeholders and suppliers, and enabling the CIO to operate at peak performance. You’ll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly, from tracking RAID logs and coordinating supplier invoices to preparing senior leadership reports and maintaining project governance documentation.
The role offers a salary of up to £40k depending on experience and a remote working pattern with adhoc travel to Gloucester once per month.
