Accounts Assistant - Residential Lettings

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Residential Lettings Accounts team in our London Head Office. We are looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant who is eager to build on their accounting experience within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Processing tenant and landlord receipts and payments
• Chasing arrears and resolving client queries
• Bank reconciliations and preparing banking spreadsheets
• Posting supplier invoices and processing card payments
• Supporting the wider team with administration and ad hoc duties

• Ideally ARLA qualified, with at least 6 months' accounting experience (property/lettings experience desirable)
• Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
• A team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable using Excel and accounting systems
