A leading food production company in the UK is seeking a detail-oriented accountant to manage data entries, prepare bank reconciliations, and maintain accounting records. This role requires accuracy and attention to detail, with responsibilities including monitoring daily bank deposits and preparing salary sheets.
Responsabilités
- Accurate data entry into all levels of accounting.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- Maintain petty cash, cash book, and ledger book.
- Prepare and check bill vouchers and Journal entries.
- Prepare monthly salary and bonus sheets.
- Maintain Store Leaser properly.
- Monitor daily bank deposits.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
- Accurate Data entry into all levels of accounting in the company.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conduct banking related tasks. Bank accounts operate and maintain all bank transactions.
- Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
- Prepare and check all kinds of bill vouchers, Journal entries in the ERP system.
- Prepare monthly salary, bonus and increment sheet preparation and entry into the ERP system on the following day of fund transfer.
- Keep Maintaining Store Leaser Properly.
- Monitor daily Bank deposits from different entities.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
