Temp Accounts Assistant
Job summary
A well-established business in Tadworth is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant for a temporary position. You will support the finance team with tasks including checking invoices, payment runs, and reconciliations. The role offers a pay rate of £15 per hour and may provide hybrid working options after an initial 2-4 week period. Ideal candidates will possess strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail, along with relevant accounts experience.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role.
- Proficiency in dealing with purchase orders.
- Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and team.
Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices against purchase orders.
- Assist with payment runs.
- Handle invoice, payment and supplier queries.
- Perform reconciliations and manage expenses.

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a well-established business in the Tadworth, Surrey area. This is a temporary Finance Assistant job opportunity to start ASAP and supporting the finance team with accounts payable invoices, reconciliations, expenses etc.
Duration: Temp initially up to 3 months
Pay rate: £15 per hour + holiday pay
