Qualifications

• 3+ years' relevant experience in a comparable position, ideally in real estate funds.
• Comprehensive understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience in on the job training and leading team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead on client relationships for an allocated portfolio.
• Produce monthly/quarterly NAVs.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS or UK GAAP.

Strong excel knowledge

Ability to write reports and business correspondence

Education

ACA or ACCA part-qualified or equivalent
