Responsibilities

• Processing subcontractor invoices and CIS payments.
• Managing CIS deductions, submissions and monthly returns.
• Assisting with purchase ledger, sales ledger and daily accounts processing.
• Supporting monthly reconciliations and assisting with month-end tasks.
• Handling supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assisting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills

AAT qualified (Level 3 or Level 4 preferred)

Experience within construction or CIS-focused finance role

Strong understanding of subcontractor processes and CIS legislation

Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment

Desirable Skills & Experience
