- Define and execute Oracle alliance strategy to accelerate business growth.
- Build strong relationships with Oracle UK/regional teams and partner ecosystem.
- Develop joint GTM propositions, solution bundles, and campaigns.
- Drive co-sell motions with Oracle sales and field marketing teams.
- Manage partner onboarding, enablement, and certifications.
- Represent the company at Oracle events, forums, and industry roundtables.
- 5+ years' experience in Oracle alliance or partner management.
- Background in a UK Oracle partner (#removed# employees ideal).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, OCI) and partner programs.
- Proven success in building GTM strategies and driving revenue.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and planning skills.
