Overview

You are recruiting for a Zendesk Configuration Specialist to work remotely with occasional travel to Holland.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain the Zendesk support platform.
  • Configure and maintain Zendesk Support, Guide, Chat, Talk, and other Zendesk modules.
  • Customize workflows using triggers, automations, macros, views, and SLAs.
  • Implement and manage Zendesk apps, integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Slack), and APIs.
  • Collaborate with support, product, and IT teams to ensure Zendesk is aligned with business goals and scalable for growth.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience configuring Zendesk to optimise customer support workflows, improve agent efficiency, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Solid experience configuring and managing Zendesk, with a deep understanding of Zendesk Support and other products (Guide, Chat, etc.).
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to Holland; strong collaboration with support, product, and IT teams.
