A leading customer service provider is seeking a passionate individual for a remote customer service role. Your responsibilities will include managing customer queries and escalations, showcasing a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and some experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in beauty or fashion. This position offers 40 hours of work per week.
