A leading digital transformation consultancy is hiring its first Oracle Alliances Manager to build and scale strategic partnerships with Oracle and its ecosystem. This high-impact role will shape go-to-market initiatives, drive co-sell opportunities, and deliver measurable growth in Oracle Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute Oracle alliance strategy to accelerate business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with Oracle UK/regional teams and partner ecosystem.
  • Develop joint GTM propositions, solution bundles, and campaigns.
  • Drive co-sell motions with Oracle sales and field marketing teams.
  • Manage partner onboarding, enablement, and certifications.
  • Represent the company at Oracle events, forums, and industry roundtables.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in Oracle alliance or partner management.
  • Background in a UK Oracle partner (#removed# employees ideal).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, OCI) and partner programs.
  • Proven success in building GTM strategies and driving revenue.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and planning skills.
