A leading recruitment firm is seeking a home-based Technical Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with clients in the mobility and vehicle products sector. This role requires 60% travel within the UK and Europe. Ideal candidates will have experience in technical sales, a strong customer-focused mindset, and excellent relationship-building skills. This is not a cold-calling, high-pressure sales role. Instead, it's about being a trusted partner to your clients. Around 80% of your time will be spent managing and growing existing customer accounts. Making sure they're supported, introducing them to new product ranges, and ensuring they get the very best from the solutions you provide.
You will still play a part in identifying opportunities for growth (around 20% of the role), but this is about developing relationships and spotting where you can add value, not making endless outbound calls.
The role is home-based anywhere in the UK, with around 60% travel across the UK and Europe to visit clients, attend demos, and support events.
