- Lead end-to-end capital projects from design to commissioning.
- Drive improvements in operational technology infrastructure.
- Deliver projects in Automation, Manufacturing Executions Systems (MES), packaging systems, and IT/OT integration.
- Manage stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards.
- 10+ years\' experience in engineering and project management within FMCG, Manufacturing, or similar.
- Strong technical background in MES, automation, packaging machinery, networking, and control systems.
- Awareness of cybersecurity in manufacturing environments.
- Skilled communicator able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Engineering / Science and recognised project management certification.
