- Translate complex system workflows into clear, user-friendly learning content
- Create documentation, job aids, and materials tailored to business end-users
- Collaborate with the functional team, business SMEs, and change managers
- Facilitate user readiness assessments and post-training support (incl. hypercare)
- Support Train-the-Trainer rollout where needed
- 5+ years of experience delivering SAP training within logistics/supply chain domains
- Expertise in S/4HANA and Fiori-based navigation
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for operational teams
- Experience working on global rollouts in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
