A global industrial technology leader is seeking a Global Communications Lead to enhance employee engagement and manage internal communications. The role involves collaborating with senior executives and executing strategic communications to support the business unit's goals. This position requires at least 6 years of relevant experience and strong storytelling abilities. The work is mostly remote with opportunities to travel 10-25%.

The Global Communications Lead is responsible for developing and executing all aspects of the business unit’s (BU) communications activities, including executive communications, employee engagement, reputation management, media relations, and content development for the earned and company-owned communications channels. You will work closely with senior executives, HR and other functional leaders, and TE’s marketing and communications community. This position reports to the Senior Director of Global Marketing and Communications.
Remote in United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Poland, France, Italy or Spain.
