A leading healthcare company is seeking a Global Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation activities, collaborate with international teams, and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in global compensation and benefits within startup or scale-up environments. Role: Global Total Rewards Manager, Permanent
Direct Report: SVP Head of Total Rewards
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package, dependent on skills and experience, plus annual bonuses.
Location: Open to location: preferred Verona (Italy) or Toulouse (France), 70-80% remote
Location note: This role offers some hybrid and office-based work; there will be some international travel required to suit business needs.
