🛒 Senior Digital Business Analyst – Retail eCommerce

Contract (Outside IR35), 6 months, UK ONLY (Remote with occasional monthly office visit)

Retail & eCommerce experience is essential for this role - We are only initially considering candidates with proven experience in this sector.

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Business Analyst to join a fast-moving digital transformation team, working across business and technology teams to help shape, prioritise, and deliver a significant programme of digital change.

This is a hands‑on role suited to a BA who is comfortable with ambiguity, confident engaging senior stakeholders, and equally at home working with engineers, product, and UX teams.

🔍 The Role

You’ll be collaborating across business and IT teams, owning and driving a large digital and technology backlog focused on improving online sales and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include :
  • Triage, grooming, prioritisation, and delivery of website and technology initiatives
  • Working closely with the Business, Tech, Product, UX, Engineering, CRM, Promotions, and Marketing Analytics and more
  • Improving website performance, eCommerce flows, and digital customer journeys
  • Capturing and documenting requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery handovers
  • Ensuring traditional old operating models are effectively translated into the digital experience
  • Supporting a clearly defined roadmap while managing competing priorities
