Job summary
A Facilities Management company in Reading is seeking an experienced Mobile A/C Repair Technician to focus on commercial HVAC engineering. Responsibilities include reactive and planned maintenance of A/C systems, fault diagnosis, and service record maintenance. Ideal candidates will have proven HVAC experience, NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning, and a Full UK Driving License. Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer, who has experience working in commercial settings?
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile A/C Repair Technician to join their Facilities Management team based in the Reading area. The role will focus on commercial HVAC engineering, working retail contracts helping to provide planned and reactive maintenance, as well as some installation to clients premises.

- NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
- F-GAS 2079 CAT1
- Ability to work at height, on roofs, up ladders and stairs, and in MEWPs
- Full UK Driving License
- Carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on air conditioning systems
- Correcting hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS Systems
- Rectifying mechanical maintenance issues on motors, valves, belts, etc.
- Maintaining service records and documents in line with legislation and company policies
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, including by carrying out safety checks.
