SEN Teaching Assistant

  • 37 hours per week, Term Time only
  • NJC pt 8 – 14 (£23,071 – £25,407 per annum, actual salary paid)

The Dukeries Academy is seeking a self‑motivated and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support identified vulnerable students, improve their social, emotional, and mental wellbeing, and increase their academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with students with special educational needs (age 11–16).
  • Support students who are hard to reach and may have attendance difficulties.
