AI Consultant – Microsoft Copilot Studio & AI Agent Solutions

The Opportunity

I'm looking for an AI Consultant / Engineer specifically focused on the Copilot Studio platform and the adoption of custom AI Agents for enterprise clients.

This role will see you delivering real-world AI impact across Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, collaborating with clients to build, integrate and scale solutions aligned with Microsoft’s AI roadmap.

You’ll work across sectors, helping organisations realise value from Microsoft Copilot investments with the backing of a Partner internationally recognised for its technical expertise and delivery excellence.

Your Core Focus

This is a client-facing role where you’ll:

• Lead discovery workshops to map AI opportunities aligned to Microsoft workloads
• Build and deploy solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services
• Guide clients on best practices for designing, testing and launching AI Agents
• Collaborate with AI Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads on engagements
• Enable end-users through training, documentation and hands-on support
• Troubleshoot deployments and provide responsive technical resolution
• Align closely with Microsoft’s evolving AI strategy, partner programs and release cycles
• Support pre-sales conversations by scoping PoCs and contributing to proposals
• Contribute to internal assets, customer success stories and IP around AI deployments

What You’ll Bring

I'm looking for someone who understands both the technical foundations of AI and the business impact of Microsoft solutions.

Experience delivering solutions within the Microsoft stack (Power Platform, Azure, M365)

Familiarity with Copilot Studio or AI-related tools within Microsoft ecosystem

Strong client-facing consulting experience ideally from discovery to delivery

Knowledge of responsible AI principles, governance and security frameworks

Ability to translate AI capability into real business outcomes

Confident communicator comfortable running demos and stakeholder sessions

Passion for staying ahead of the curve in AI, LLMs and Microsoft product evolution

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications in Azure AI or Power Platform
• Experience working within a Microsoft Solutions Partner or ISV
• Understanding of Microsoft Partner programs, incentives and co-selling mechanics
