The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in logistics, strong multitasking abilities, and an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in US trucking or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of TMS platforms and workflow navigation.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced.

Responsibilities

• Contact trucking vendors to confirm shipment requirements.
• Follow up with carriers for accurate shipment updates.
• Ensure trucks meet shipper standards and schedules.
• Communicate updates and risks with account managers.
• Document shipment events accurately in the TMS.
