Serve Freight is a US-based, mission-critical logistics partner specializing in high-value, time-definite freight. As we continue to scale, we are hiring a Track & Trace Specialist in Ukraine to support our logistics account managers and ensure flawless execution for our shipper clients.

Role Overview

The Track & Trace Specialist will serve as the communication bridge between our internal team and our trucking vendors (carriers). Your primary responsibility is to ensure every shipment is moving according to plan, requirements fully understood, and service standards upheld. You will play a key role in protecting time-sensitive deliveries, maintaining service excellence, and escalating issues before they become problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact trucking vendors to confirm they understand and comply with shipment requirements.
  • Follow up regularly with carriers to obtain timely, accurate shipment updates.
  • Ensure all trucks assigned to Serve Freight loads are meeting shipper standards, schedules, and service expectations.
  • Communicate internally with account managers regarding updates, exceptions, urgent issues, and any risks to on-time performance.
  • Document shipment events and updates within our TMS system with accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
