A leading Facilities Management consultancy is seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to support bid teams in developing competitive pricing models for soft services. This role is key in collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate pricing strategies and effective decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing analysis, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This position offers a home-based opportunity within a dynamic environment.

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to join our client's team on an interim basis, focusing on Soft Services within Facilities Management. This role is critical in supporting bid teams and commercial functions to deliver accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing models for new and existing contracts.
- Develop and maintain pricing models for soft services (e.g., cleaning, catering, security, waste management).
- Analyse cost structures, market trends, and operational data to ensure competitive bids.
- Collaborate with bid managers, operational leads, and finance teams to validate assumptions and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Provide scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making.
- Identify risks and opportunities within pricing strategies and recommend mitigations.
- Proven experience in pricing analysis within Facilities Management (private sector / advanced manufacturing advantageous).
- Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
