A leading startup accelerator is seeking a Founder & CEO to lead an innovative B2B AI insur-tech venture. You will build a compliant insurance platform, secure initial customers, and shape the product strategy. This role offers substantial operational support, funding, and access to top-tier industry networks. Ideal candidates are experienced in building platforms, navigating insurance compliance, and are driven by the ambition of creating a new market standard. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the insur-tech space.

Note : This is an opportunity to found a B2B AI insur-tech business from day one, with the pre‑seed backing from Founders Factory and Aviva.

We are building the AI‑native insurance rails : a single MCP that allows LLMs, agents, and conversational interfaces to safely quote and bind insurance at scale.
Today, insurance distribution infrastructure is fundamentally human‑centric. Carrier systems expect rigid forms, proprietary schemas, and legacy pipes (Acturis, Polaris, portals, CSVs). Fraud, KYC, AML, and IDV checks are fragmented and bolted on. As a result, emerging LLM and agent‑based channels — chat, answer engines, AI search, copilots — cannot reliably interact with insurers in a compliant, bindable way.
The shift is already underway. Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, and Perplexity are changing how consumers discover and compare financial products. Insurers, PCWs, and brokers want access to this growth, but the infrastructure simply does not exist. MCPs are appearing, but none are designed for regulated, insurer‑grade workflows.
Our hypothesis is simple and ambitious : be the “Stripe for AI‑native insurance.”
We will expose a single, regulated MCP / HTTP endpoint that :
The opportunity is significant. There is no clear category leader, incumbents are architecturally misaligned, and regulators are only beginning to shape how AI‑driven distribution should work. This is a narrow window to define a new protocol for insurance.
We are early by design. The solution is well‑formed, but scope decisions remain : initial product lines, customer buyer, and whether v1 focuses on pricing alone or full policy lifecycle. This role exists to make those calls and turn the hypothesis into a category‑defining company.
