A leading property surveying firm in the UK is seeking experienced Residential Surveyors for Survey only work. Candidates should hold AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accreditation and be able to conduct Level 2 surveys. The role involves property inspections, maintaining knowledge of local property conditions, and developing relationships with external agencies. With locations across the UK, this position offers opportunities for both full-time and part-time arrangements while contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Trading since 1989, we're the UK's largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. To put it into numbers, we complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors from Land’s End to John O’Groats. This gives us the flexibility to offer nationwide coverage combined with invaluable local knowledge.
e.surv Chartered Surveyors are currently recruiting for Residential Surveyors across the UK to join us on a Survey only basis.
We’re looking for driven and experienced people who are AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accredited focusing on conducting Level 2 surveys on either a full time or part time basis.
