We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Solutions Development Team Leader to swho is charged withoverseeing the Solution Designer Team globally supporting to identify key consultants globally, understand market trends in cooling solutions for HVAC-R, working out cooling solution concepts with key consultants and actively influence the design as well as support the front-end sales team in customer meetings. This role will serve as key partner between front end sales and the application engineering team, ensuring to build up relationship to key HVAC-R consultants. The head of Solution Development also responsible for the people development and need to summarize and present market trends to the product development organization.

You'll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, utilizing your strategic thinking and creativity to contribute to the profitability and positive visibility of our fast‑growing global business.

• Manage the team and the strategy globally, with key responsibilities too:
• Identify key consultants and build up relationship.
• Act as first point of contact for all requirements of consultants.
• Understand market trends in cooling solutions.
• Work out cooling solution concepts with consultants and actively influence design concepts.
• Support quote / no quote decision process in alignment with front‑end sales.
• Review and qualify RFQ´s technically and clarify any ambiguities before handover to solution engineering.
• Actively support front‑end sales in customer meeting.
• Feedback to product development team on market trends and address needs for product adjustments or development.

• Previous experience in a leadership position with a proven track record of developing a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
• Knowledge of HVAC‑Refrigeration environment, cooling concepts, thermodynamics and understanding strategic relationship building.

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, thermodynamics, heat management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in thermodynamic and minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC‑Refrigeration market environment.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or products‑based industry is highly desirable.
• Experience working in an international environment.
