The team you’ll join:

ProService operates a complex multi‑site infrastructure spanning on‑premise, virtualised and third‑party‑hosted cloud environments. Our systems include advanced call‑centre telephony, high‑availability database platforms, and a broad suite of analytics and reporting tools.

The impact you’ll have:

As a Data Engineer, you will contribute significant technical expertise across these environments while working as part of a skilled and collaborative Technology team.

A typical day:

• Implementing, administering and developing relational databases and analytics platforms.
• Delivering daily scheduled reporting and providing ad‑hoc analytical insights.
• Identifying trends, performance issues and data quality concerns impacting business operations.
• Provide high‑quality technical support for existing and future systems, with strong hands‑on expertise in SQL, Microsoft Dynamics and other analytical platforms
• Maintain and enhance system monitoring for resilience, performance and capacity.
• Demonstrate consistent commitment to system and data security.
• Support continuity of service across all business units, including occasional travel or out‑of‑hours work where necessary.
• Collaborate with Data Science team members to help develop data warehouse and analytics solutions across all platforms.

What you’ll bring:

• MCSE Data Platform, MCSE, or MCSA SQL Server 2019.
• Experience with Oracle BI, Oracle Analytic Server, Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and associated data structures.
• Experience with Hyper‑V or VMware environments.
• Advanced scripting/SQL development (PowerShell, stored procedures, triggers, views, replication).
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience supporting multi‑site enterprise environments.
