A veterinary care provider in Liverpool is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader to manage a team of professionals, ensuring high-quality patient care. The role offers flexible working hours, part-time basis, and a generous salary range of £57,842 - £59,470 pro-rata. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical decision-making and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate should be an MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with leadership experience, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
As the Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team of veterinary professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. You will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, mentoring and developing team members, and maintaining clinical excellence. This role offers flexible and remote working options, allowing you to balance leadership responsibilities with a great work-life balance.
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £57,842 - £59,470 pro-rata (including allowance) per annum
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Contract: Part-Time, Permanent
