My client is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Level 2 Surveyor to join their growing, independent practice. This primarily home-based role involves conducting RICS Level 2 Surveys (Homebuyer Reports) and non-lending valuations across Banbury, Bicester, Oxford, and Witney. With a strong emphasis on quality over quantity, you'll join a high-performing, well-reviewed team that prioritises professional standards, flexible working, and ongoing development. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct RICS Level 2 Surveys (Homebuyer Reports) and non-lending valuations within a 45-minute radius of Banbury.

• Deliver clear, professional reports to help clients make confident property decisions.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, client communication, and service delivery.

About You:

• AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accredited with at least 1 years post-qualification experience.
