A large public sector organisation is seeking a Scrum Master/Technical Lead for an 8-month FTC. This home-based role requires strong solution design skills and experience in managing technical teams. - Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of all technical projects.

A successful Scrum Master /Technical Lead must have:
- A strong background in solution design and delivery.
- Be an experienced Scrum Master
- Experience working within the public sector or similar environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent Management and communication Skills.
- Proficiency in managing technical teams and guiding project execution.
- A solid understanding of compliance and industry standards.
- This person would be embedded directly with our technical team and contractors, helping them deliver in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Full Time Contract
- Salary band 60k -70k pro rata. (DOE)
