Overview

Our public sector client is recruiting for a Project Coordinator for a 23 month fixed term contract with potential for extension.

Responsibilities
  • You\'ll support a large high profile programme by coordinating meetings, workstreams, logistics, and reporting across all areas.
  • Maintain databases, progressing tasks, and providing business support to the wider programme team.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in a busy business or project support environment with proficiency in Microsoft 365; accuracy in handling high-volume data.
  • Knowledge of project environments, planning, and problem-solving.
  • An ITIL Foundation Certificate and experience supporting formal projects would be advantageous.
  • This role is remote but requires being based in Scotland with ability to travel to multiple sites; driving licence and own transport essential (business mileage reimbursed).
