Overview

MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, specialised software company in the video games industry who are recruiting for a (junior) Sales Development Representative. This company is looking for a Sales Development Representative with a passion for gaming and a hunger to break into the industry. Working behind the scenes this Sales Development Representative will work closely with game studios as a technical partner, providing infrastructure, multiplayer features, and backend development for custom game systems. Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in video games and understanding of the industry landscape
  • Proven ability in prospecting and lead generation (B2B or similar)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Organised and proactive, able to work independently and manage a pipeline
  • Confident in client-facing situations and adapting tone for different audiences
  • Creative mindset for identifying niche opportunities and building campaigns
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
