This is ahome-based role, with regular travel to thecompany’s HQincentral London.

• Take ownership of the P&L, setting and smashing financial targets
• Craft bold strategic plans, then implement your strategy
• Drive global expansion across UK, European and US markets
• Oversee execution of game-changing marketing and sales strategies for rapid growth
• Build high-performing teams and inspire them to succeed
• Optimise business operations for maximum impact, efficiency and profit

• Leadership success in Sales/Commercial or as General Manager for an ambitious global beauty business
• Hands-on UK and European distribution expertise, with a thorough knowledge of US market dynamics
