Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in North West London is looking to recruit a Revenues Officer to provide support throughout a busy period. This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35 and will offer full time home working.

• Proficiently use the Iworld/Northgate Version 6 ICT System
• Deliver an efficient, effective revenue collections and recovery service through the prompt and accurate processing of information
• Open, close and amend Council Tax Accounts
• Take payments and set up direct debits
• Apply discounts, reliefs, exemptions and disregards
• Handle moves in and out of properties
• Trace absconded Council Tax Payments
• Check and issue recovery notices in line with set timetables
• Determine liabilities
• Issue reminders and notices
• Handle summons arrangements
• Respond to enquiries from taxpayers by telephone, letter, email or in person
• Assist the Court taking officer to provide evidence in support of the Council's cases
