Overview

Idox is recruiting an Account Manager to be responsible for Local Government client relationships in England, especially in southern regions. The role focuses on overseeing and developing long-term customer engagement within a UK public sector context. The principal solutions include Uniform and Idox Cloud case management systems, private Cloud hosting, document management, and related professional and managed services.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop business within existing clients while actively seeking new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by connecting with key stakeholders and delivering business growth within the territory to achieve and exceed quotas and targets.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Customer Services, Delivery, Product Development) to support customers.
  • Represent the full range of Idox solutions to customers and bring insights back to the Group.
  • Identify and progress new opportunities, plan ahead, run customer awareness campaigns, and provide timely and reliable management information to support Idox objectives.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure customers’ needs are met and that engagement with products and services is positive. The role is largely home-based with some travel to meet clients and colleagues.
