Job summary
A consulting firm is seeking a Business Change Consultant on a contract basis, offering a day rate of £450 - £550, with remote work flexibility. The successful candidate will lead major change initiatives in public sector projects, utilizing change management frameworks like PROSCI. This role requires significant change management experience and strong stakeholder engagement skills, crucial for fostering effective transformation in high-profile projects that impact public services. Initial contract length is 3 months with scope to extend.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in change management, typically degree-level educated (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience managing the human side of change in large programmes/projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build and influence relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-complexity change management across client assignments using established frameworks.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments of change and develop business readiness statements.
- Foster a culture of change readiness by coaching line managers and building capability.
