Purpose Statement Join our talented delivery team as a Senior Solution Architect!

We are looking for a passionate professional who is excited to design and deliver successful solutions and transformations to our customers.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will serve as a strategic partner, building meaningful relationships and driving client success through innovative strategies and best practices.

You have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, guiding teams and designing complex solutions. As a product expert, you will contribute to IP development, share specific industry insights and maintain professional accreditations.

Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Head of Client Delivery. There will be some direct line management responsibilities involved in this role.

This person will be required to be based in the UK. Normal working hours apply to this role (9am-5:30pm UK time) however there may be times where you need to work outside of our usual working hours.

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 Finance, including business analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
• Conduct discovery workshops to understand client needs, particularly in the professional services/legal industry, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Define solution vision, assess business challenges, recommend optimal options, and develop solution roadmaps aligned with IT standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to formalize and adopt technology standards and best practices.
• Ensure solutions align with both business objectives and technical guidelines, while managing scope changes and risk mitigation.
• Support pre-sales activities, including demos, RFP/RFI responses, prototype development, and tailored solution designs.
• Creating Functional Design Documents (FDD’s) & Solution Design Documents (SDD’s)
• Lead functional solution design across complex workstreams and direct client support teams from a functional perspective.
• Act as the primary liaison between functional and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer, mentor colleagues, and contribute to internal methodology and process improvements
• Represent the business professionally and positively at all times.

• 10+ years’ experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant/Architect
• Expert in Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Project Operations)
• Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Strong knowledge of BI, reporting, and analytics
• Deep understanding of business processes, especially professional services
• Excellent communicator, trainer, and mentor
• Committed to continuous learning and industry recognition
• Skilled in developing new solutions, defining roadmaps, and shaping product strategy
• Experienced Solution Architect with strong consulting mindset
• Analytical thinker, able to recommend the best-fit solutions for clients
• Strong project management skills, from setting milestones to driving delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management, including bid and RFP support
• Resilient under pressure with ability to adapt in fast-paced environments

Occasional visits to customer site and Cardiff office
