Job summary
A respected training provider in the United Kingdom is looking for an HR Co-ordinator for a 9-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will provide first-line HR support, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Essential skills include discretion, attention to detail, and experience in HR roles. This position offers a blended working pattern, with three days in the office and two days working from home, and a salary of £35,180 per annum.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR, People Advisor, or HR Co-ordinator role is essential.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first contact for HR queries.
- Log and manage HR helpdesk cases.
- Support HR administration including onboarding and offboarding.
