Description

Are you someone who loves connecting with people, solves problems with a smile, and enjoys the excitement of turning enquiries into happy customers?

If so, you could be the perfect fit for our team.

In this role, you’ll be the very first voice new customers hear, making you an essential part of Flexspace’s success. As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll manage incoming enquiries from multiple channels, ensuring every potential customer receives an excellent first impression.

This role is ideal for someone with strong computer and communication skills, a friendly telephone manner, and a genuine curiosity about people and their needs.

There’s no hard selling involved - instead, you’ll take pride in guiding customers through the process and helping them discover the space that’s right for them. If you get a buzz out of building relationships and opening doors (literally!), this job will feel incredibly rewarding.

What you’ll be doing
  • Responding to new enquiries and being the main point of contact for potential customers
  • Logging and allocating leads efficiently across our internal systems
  • Booking and coordinating property viewings
  • Creating reports to track performance and customer engagement
Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound sales calls and confidently identifying whether we have the right solution for each enquiry

Supporting and guiding potential customers, using your knowledge of our sites, units, and services

Maintaining high service standards, ensuring every interaction reflects Flexspace’s customer-first approach

Managing all incoming enquiries - including calls, email, website enquiries, and live chat — with accuracy and attention to detail

Updating and managing the CRM system, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and actionable

Booking and coordinating tours, working closely with Field Managers or agents to ensure a seamless experience

Proactively following up leads to maximise conversion opportunities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, field managers, and external agents to support ongoing business development

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Customer focused - A proactive nature is an absolute must for this role. You will be able to manage a busy workload, prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines and standards are met.

Collaborative - Highly organised and motivated, you will be determined yet diplomatic when ensuring colleagues meet timescales for assigned Sales tasks.

Communication skills - Professional telephone manner and ability to converse with a diverse range of people through a variety of mediums – verbal and written. Knowledge of CRM systems and good MS Office skills.
