We’re looking for a passionate Learning Assistant to provide tailored support across the Academy, helping students thrive in lessons and interventions—whether in small groups or one-to-one. You’ll play a key role in promoting development and learning, with a focus on learners accessing our STA Autism Hub. Working closely with Hub leaders, you’ll support smooth transitions, liaise with families, and help plan and deliver engaging interventions. From fostering independence and self-esteem to assisting with classroom resources and off‑site activities, you’ll be at the heart of creating a positive, inclusive environment where every student can succeed.
