As HubSpot CRM Manager, you'll take full ownership of the company's HubSpot ecosystem - driving strategic improvements across marketing, admissions, and learner support. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and tech teams to ensure HubSpot is fully optimised to deliver seamless user journeys, actionable insights, and scalable automation. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on HubSpot expert who wants to make a meaningful difference in education while building best-in-class CRM infrastructure.
- Lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of the HubSpot CRM platform.
- Design and implement automation workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs.
- Build dashboards, reports, and segmentation strategies to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to map user journeys and optimise CRM touchpoints.
- Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption across teams.
- Proven experience managing & optimising HubSpot CRM in a fast-paced organisation, ideally within education or tech sectors.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs (Service Hub is preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical CRM capabilities into business impact.
- HubSpot certifications and experience integrating with third-party platforms (e.g. Zapier, Salesforce, custom APIs).
- Competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000, depending on experience.
- Fully remote role within the UK, with occasional meet-ups.
