A leading UK-based manufacturer is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for a temporary position in Oxford. The role involves coordinating shipping activities and ensuring compliance with export controls. Candidates should have experience in a shipping environment and a strong attention to detail. This position offers exposure to a complex manufacturing environment with various shipping challenges.

Responsabilités
- Coordinate shipping sales orders.
- Ensure compliance with export controls and licensing.
- Organize inbound shipments and prepare commercial invoices.

If you have been working in a shipping environment, then we would love to hear from you for this 6 month temporary position.
Working in our Shipping, Export and Import team, you will coordinate activities such as shipping sales orders, compliance with export controls and licensing, tax exemptions, letters of credit, shipping of dangerous goods, as well as organising inbound shipments and preparing commercial invoices.
This is a busy role that requires attention to detail, customer focus and a flexible attitude to change with the needs of the business.
This role will expose you to a complex manufacturing environment with challenging shipping requirements.
