Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Group Exercise & Personal Training Manager for a prestigious club in Kuwait, offering an exceptional compensation package. Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in a leadership role within fitness, hospitality, or wellness.
- Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage).
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 3–4 engaging and safe group classes per day, 5 days per week.
- Lead, train, and manage full-time and freelance instructors.
- Develop timetables, events, and workshops.
- Maintain exceptional service standards.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
- Oversee safe practices and fitness assessments.
- Monitor budgets and performance metrics.
