• 3–5 years’ experience in a leadership role within fitness, hospitality, or wellness.
• Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage).
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

• Deliver 3–4 engaging and safe group classes per day, 5 days per week.
• Lead, train, and manage full-time and freelance instructors.
• Develop timetables, events, and workshops.
• Maintain exceptional service standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
