You’ll also have a good understanding of basic AV requirements, registration needs and overall event flow.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure smooth delegate journeys and efficient movement throughout each event.
  • Communicate directly with clients, navigating changing requirements with patience and clarity.
  • Mentor and support the Event Coordinator as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Support delivery of a growing program of events
  • Travel for some events (with the option to outsource on‑site support in high‑volume regions).
  • Build and leverage strong regional supplier relationships—your “little black book” is a plus.
About You
  • Confident, client‑facing and comfortable advising when improvements are needed.
  • Likely a Logistics Manager, Event Manager or PM specialising in conferences
  • Strong project management skills, with deep knowledge of venues and operational requirements.
  • Calm and organised when working in a fast‑paced and changeable environment.
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative cross‑regional team.
  • Additional languages are a bonus but not essential.
