Music Contracts Paralegal – Drafting & Licensing
Zusammenfassung
A leading global music business in the UK is seeking a paralegal to support its legal team. The successful candidate will review and draft various contracts, manage a contracts database, and assist in negotiations. Ideal candidates will hold a minimum 2.1 degree, possess a basic understanding of copyright law, and have a proactive approach to learning. This role offers an opportunity to work within a prominent and growing legal team.
Qualifikationen
- Basic understanding of copyright law required.
- Experience in reviewing and drafting contracts is ideal.
- Proactive, positive, and curious attitude toward learning.
Aufgaben
- Review and draft contracts including NDAs and agreements.
- Manage contracts database and facilitate signature processes.
- Engage with teams to support negotiations and implementations.
