A leading care service provider is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to build positive relationships between foster parents and social workers. This remote position, requiring regional travel, offers a salary of up to £41,200 per annum along with a car allowance. The role emphasizes excellent interpersonal communication and team collaboration to ensure the well-being of children in foster care. Our Supervising Social Workers build positive relationships between FSG, the foster parent and the child’s social worker. It is a key role that helps the foster parent to sustain the child in placement and ensure outcomes for children are being met within the foster family.
You will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, to enable foster parents to be informed, accept, understand and operate within the regulations and national minimum standards and in accordance with Caretech Group policies and guidance.

Working full time, you will be home based with occasional meetings in the FSG Regional Office in Shortlands.
